I've been using the Lemken Rubin 10 for soil preparation, specifically for seedbed preparation under demanding conditions. The design of the discs stands out, ensuring even soil mixing and residue distribution. Operational efficiency is notable, although adjustments for depth could use smoother handling.

Operating the Heliodor machine has been a mostly positive experience. It provides consistent tilling performance. However, I noticed some wear on components, likely influenced by challenging usage conditions.

After putting the Rubin 10 to work on various tasks, its performance is satisfactory with strong tillage results, although I did notice signs of wear around the attachment points after extensive use. While repair options exist, they can add to operational costs over time. It fulfills its purpose, albeit with noted maintenance considerations.

I've used the Lemken Rubin 9 for a few weeks now. It's compact and easy to handle, especially for mid-sized fields. The build quality feels robust, particularly with the reinforced frame structure. The half-meter discs perform adequately, cutting through soil efficiently. However, I noticed that the adjustability of certain parts could be improved, making the setup slightly cumbersome in specific scenarios.

Using the Rubin 10 for a season, I noticed improved performance in residue management thanks to disk upgrades. The reduced vibrations due to the enhanced suspension make long hours easier. Compared to older models, the Rubin 10 uses fewer components, simplifying maintenance. That said, the adjustments required for optimal operation could take some trial and error. It processes soil evenly, and parts wear is minimal, even after covering large areas. While not perfect, the Rubin 10 handles various tasks quite well

Employed the Rubin 10 for the spring preparation of a soybean field. The residue handling and surface levelling were up to the task. Operating speed was maintained consistent, and I observed optimal ground engagement. Maintenance tasks, while minimal, were manageable. A reliable addition to our equipment lineup.

Tested the Rubin 10 on about 1200 hectares, mostly after row crops. Haven’t had any breakdowns which is rare for new kit - that’s a point to Lemken. I like that the disks don't pull the rig sideways anymore. The side wheels help with following ground contours, not thrilled about the way the adjusters work, a bit clunky at times but manageable. Cutter job is good, field’s left smooth enough so I even went straight to seeding small stuff. Maintenance looks straightforward for now, nothing fancy to service. LED lights are just there, not much to say. If the price was lower, I’d be happier, but you know how that goes. Wouldn't mind a couple tweaks, but no big complaints after first season.

Been running the Rubin 10 for about a month on some pretty mixed soils, mostly sunflower and maize leftovers. One thing that stands out is the depth control. That in-cab hydraulic adjustment is super handy, just tweak it from the seat instead of jumping out every time. Holds a pretty steady depth even when the field gets bumpy, which saves a lot of frustration, especially when you want a uniform seedbed. The discs seem tougher than the old model, haven't had any breakages yet, but let’s see how they last over another season. The finish is real fine, almost ready for small seed crops right after, which surprised me. Price is a bit up there, could have been better for what it is, but at least you get ruggedness. Setup took me a minute to get used to, but overall, glad Lemken improved on the old quirks. Not perfect, but feels solid.

I've used the Lemken Rubin 10 for a while now, and here are my thoughts. The mounting design caught my attention-directly welded to the frame. While it holds fine during the warranty period, repairs later can be a bit challenging, as replacement or welding might be required after frequent usage. The overall build is robust, and it does its job efficiently, but consider the potential costs for maintenance.

Been running a Heliodor 9/700 for a while now, using it mainly after harvest for stubble work and before seeding in spring. What stands out for me is how much fuel it saves-my 350 hp Claas pulls it at good speed and I'm covering more ground per shift than I did with my old setup. Handles residue fine, even on wet soils where most other gear just gums up or starts dragging. The discs have a good design, so mud doesn’t stick much. The finish is way smoother too, not a lot of lumps left after a single pass. Ran about 24,000 ha so far and apart from changing some roller bearings (covered by warranty), haven’t had any real downtime. It’ll break up big clods after ploughing but the small discs do wear down with time, so watch out if you’re hitting a lot of stones. Not cheap to buy, but at least you’re not spending much on diesel or repairs.
